Parent Concept: Drill

If you take a room and orient the walls like a clock- one wall is 12:00, 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00- you can practice turning- prep R foot counterclockwise and clockwise turns, and prep L foot counter and clockwise- (4options)

1st sets of reps are 1/4 turn increments until you achieve a degree of control, then move up to 1/2 turns, 3/4 turns and full turns.

Next level is practice them with intentional varied foot strike in the landing so can control exits with precision.

Can add upper body rotation for practice of powering the mvmnt, arms etc. The variations are endless.

It becomes a sort of kata practice like in martial arts.
